The ultimate mission of Off My Mind is beautifully simple:
To give working mothers and primary parents their minds back.
Not to make them more productive.
Not to make them more organized.
Not to help them do more.
To make it so that the invisible, relentless, never-ending work of remembering everything for everyone — finally, for once — belongs to someone else.
You're not failing.
You're not disorganized.
You're not bad at asking for help.
You've been carrying three (four, five, six!) people's lives in your head alongside a full career, with no operating system, no automatic support, and no one who even sees it happening.
Off My Mind sees it.
And it does something about it.
A system for the 400 things on your mind. This digital prompt kit helps you move them — one by one — out of your head and into someone else’s hands.
Each prompt is a smart tool designed to extract a specific part of your mental load and either organize it, simplify it, delegate it, or hand it off completely.
What you need:
Any free AI tool — ChatGPT (chatgpt.com), Claude (claude.ai), Gemini (gemini.google.com), or other. No paid subscriptions required.
How to use each prompt:
1. Open a new chat in any free AI tool.
2. Copy the prompt from this document.
3. Paste it into the chat and press send.
4. Answer the questions honestly — don’t edit yourself.
5. Save or share the output with whoever is taking it off your plate.

Made with you in mind:
You’ve done something important today.
Most people keep their mental load exactly where it is — invisible, heavy, and entirely theirs. You decided to do something about it.
These 6 smart tools work best when you use them regularly, and refine them as life changes, children grow older, or you have more mind space to take some of it back on.

I'm Andrea — a full-time employed mother of two, entrepreneur, and the person who used to lie awake at night running through tomorrow's to-do list in my head.
The dentist appointment. The permission slip. The grocery situation. The client deadline. The fact that nobody else in my house seemed to know any of it existed.
I wasn't disorganized. I was the only one holding everything together — and I was exhausted by it.
I spent years in marketing, tech, and consulting building systems for businesses. One day I realized I had never once built a system for myself. So I did.
I built this with Claude, Anthropic's AI. I chose Claude because Anthropic is a Public Benefit Corporation — committed to developing AI responsibly for the long-term benefit of humanity. They are one of the first frontier AI labs to achieve ISO 42001 certification, the international standard for responsible AI governance. For a product asking you to hand off something as personal as your mental load, that choice was intentional.
For the first time in years, things got done without me being the one to remember, remind, and follow up. And the biggest insight for me was how capable and willing the people around me were, actually wanting to learn and know and take on some of the mental load.
That's what Off My Mind is. It's the system I built for myself, packaged into six smart tools so you can do the same thing in an afternoon.
You don't need to do less.
You don't need to be more organized.
You just need to stop being the only one who knows what needs to happen.
400 things on your mind. Not for much longer.
